If you return the product in good condition, and we receive it within 30 days from the day that it was originally delivered to your address, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping cost or offer a credit for the purchase amount if you would like to exchange it for any other product at resistancechairsystem.com. The customer is responsible for freight charges when shipping returned product back to us. Your freight cost for returning the products may vary compared to the amount we originally charged you for shipping, due to the carrier you choose to use, fuel surcharges, etc. If the potential cost for return shipping of the products is of concern, we suggest that you contact your preferred shipping provider and use the following information to get an estimate of the cost of shipping the Resistance Chair back to us: Weight: 28 lbs., box dimensions: 11" X 22" X 46". (Please note: Other products added to your order may affect the shipping charges due to added weight or additional boxes that are required.)  

Goodnighties items may be returned only with the tags intact, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are based on weight of the package.  Please allow us time for the product to be returned, processed, credited to your account.  The best way to handle a return is to contact us (507) 822-1380 for instructions.  Please leave a message if we are unable to get to the phone in time or are unable to answer it when you call.

Shipping Policy

Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Unless otherwise specified, we ship all orders to customer addresses within the continental U.S. via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground shipment.  Goodnighties products are shipped via USPS to all 50 states.  NO FREE SHIPPING FOR GOODNIGHTIES PRODUCTS.    FREE SHIPPING OFFER for the Resistance Chair products does not apply to orders from Alaska and Hawaii.  We ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii via UPS "second-day" air.   Goodnighties products are shipped using USPS

Damaged Goods Policy

Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
